We are based in Charleston, SC and serve laboratories across the United States. Contact us with your location and instrument details — we'll let you know the best way to move forward for your situation.
-
Repair costs vary depending on the instrument model, the nature of the issue, and the parts required. We don't publish flat-rate pricing because every situation is different — a diagnostic issue is very different from a component failure or calibration drift.
What we do: we assess your situation first and provide a clear quote before any work begins. You'll know exactly what to expect before you commit.
-
Yes. Most of the instruments we work on are out of manufacturer warranty. Being out of warranty doesn't mean your instrument can't be serviced — it often means third-party service is your most practical and cost-effective option. We work on a wide range of PCR and molecular diagnostic instruments regardless of warranty status.
-
If a repair isn't practical — due to the cost, parts availability, or the extent of the damage — we'll tell you honestly and help you find the next best option. That might mean a refurbished replacement instrument, compatible used parts, or guidance on an upgrade path. We'd rather give you a straight answer than recommend a repair that doesn't make sense for your lab.
